At amadopk.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • To request a return, contact us at amadocare.pk@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, you will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price using your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Clearance, final sale, or customized products (unless they arrive damaged or defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product so we can resolve the issue promptly.
